DBG was established in the summer of 1991 (Known as Gary’s
Surf spray Café) with just a few employees, as a healthy
alternative to ordinary burgers and cheese steaks. Gary created
his own healthy recipe for homemade burgers and cheese steaks
made from turkey. In 2002 DBG expanded to include a Sushi Bar,
Full Liquor Bar, and several more seats with over 30 employees.
DBG also includes fresh made smoothies, large salads, daily seafood
specials, pastas and unique appetizers such as our Shrimp &
Crab Quesadilla and our Mozzarella Garlic bread served with Marinara.
We also offer catering of parties of 20 to 300 people on and off
premises.
